A Misty, Frosty Day at State College | Dec. 13, 2015 |

During most of the previous week, fog was everywhere, throughout State College. On the previous Sunday Sue and I had a walk when it was cold enough to have frost as well as mist.

Afterward the weather turned warm, and the fog continued but without any frost.
