1. EASTERN EUROPE
A history of the social, cultural and political fabric of Eastern Europe & Russia. What has happened to bring down the Communistic Empire in that part of the world? What impact will the new, united Russia have on Eastern Europe? Dr. Woznicki was a lecturer at the University of Warsaw in the years 1980-81 when Lech Walesa and Solidarity changed the course of history in Poland. He saw this momentous event first hand. This American bom scholar gives a studious insight into Russia and these Eastern European countries from his many journeys to them. He spent the summer of 1990 in Poland and saw the new changes that are remaking the history of modem day Europe. He appeared on "Good Morning America" and on BBC-TV in London, England. Slides will be shown.

2. PANORAMA OF MODERN DAY CHINA
Dr. Woznicki was a full-time lecturer on the faculties of the University of Beijing Post Communications, as well as the Beijing University of Second Languages, from 1987 to 1991. He returned to Beijing, China, in the spring of the year 2000, where he lectured at the University of International Relations. He and his wife were eyewitnesses to the historical Tiananmen student riots in June 1989, and some of his students were killed in those riots. He knows China well, and he is a student of the Orient. Videos and slides can be shown.

3. MADAME CURIE
A well known biography of this great scientist was published by Dr. Woznicki. He also produced two videos on her life. One was filmed inside the International Madame Curie Museum in Warsaw, Poland, and it is the only one with that locale in the world. He also writes about a personal, rare interview with Madame Curie's daughter, EWA. This interview was in her apartment in New York. Madame Curie won two Nobel Prizes and received 105 honorary doctorate degrees from many parts of the world. Professor Woznicki was the featured speaker in Albuquerque, New Mexico, at the Atomic Museum when the U.S. Congress honored her. The focus of his lecture attempts to prove that she is the greatest woman who ever lived. He stresses her magnificent role of saving over one million lives with her nurses and x-ray capabilities on small carts near the battle fields in World War I. He lauds her genius in developing radium for radiology to cure cancer today. She is also known as one of the developers of the nuclear bomb with Professor Einstein. Videos and slides will be shown.

4. DESERT STORM AND THE INVASION OF KUWAIT
Dr. Woznicki served with the United States Air Force from 1956-63. He spent one year at Wheelus Air Force Base in Tripoli, Libya. By living on a day-to-day basis with the Arabs, he learned much about their religious and social character. He learned more when he witnessed the invasion of the Suez Canal by France and England. In 1956 he was in Athens, Greece, when Turkey invaded Cyprus. Hence his lecture, dicussing Iraq's role in the invasion of Kuwait, presents a brilliant analysis of this war which has become known to Americans as "Desert Storm." He has given many lectures on the Middle East.

5. HISTORY OF ARIZONA
Dr. Woznicki has lived in Arizona his whole adult life. He has published the History of Yuma and the Territorial Prison, along with the sixth edition of his book, The History of Arizona. He is well known as a lecturer in the field for he has taught the history of Arizona for many, many years. His lectures are filled with stories on explorers, Indians, padres, trappers, traders, miners, cattlemen, cowboys, politicians, and farmers. A video or slides can be shown.

6. DIVERSITY & INCLUSION IN TODAY'S CULTURES IN AMERICA
The theme of the Republican & Democratic conventions in the year 2000 stressed the total acceptance of all peoples regardless of race, color, or creed. This is the first time in the history of this country that our two major parties accept all minorities under our flag, regardless of race, color, or creed. Our pulpits are now accepting Jews, blacks, Hispanics, Catholics, gays, and even the handicapped, like in no time in our history. This is a big breakthrough in our historical development. America now practices what it preaches as a special icon to the world. Listen to Dr. Woznicki expound on this new renewal of the American spirit. His book, An Analysis of International Education, develops this theme succinctly.
