||Meet Danny the spreadwing damselfly, who has left the pond (temporarily) to instruct everyone on how to exercise and feel better through damselfly yoga.|

Danny expects to release a video of damselfly yoga for everyone. Remember: Damselflies have been around for millions and millions of years. They must be doing something right.
